About Session
Gentle body flow, guided by the breath, moving at our own pace we will strengthen and lengthen
our bodies.
A gentle moving meditation will lead us to a seated meditation and into relaxation. With the subtle
vibration emanating from the beautiful Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, we’ll settle into the sounds of
nature.
